✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items can only be returned or exchanged if they are:

    • Received in a damaged or defective condition.

    • Incorrect item sent (different from what you ordered).

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and brand packaging (if applicable).

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Watches with adjusted straps or wear marks

  • Shoes or handbags that show signs of use

  • Discounted, sale, or clearance items

🔄 Exchange Process

  • If your product meets the return/exchange criteria, you may request an exchange for the same product (if available) or another product of equal value.

  • Shipping charges for returns/exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of wrong or defective items.

💳 Refund Policy

  • We operate on an Advance Payment Only system. Refunds are issued only if the product is out of stock after you have placed the order.

  • No refunds will be processed for change of mind or sizing issues—only exchanges are allowed if eligible.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

📦 How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number, product photos, and reason for return/exchange.

  3. Our team will review and guide you with the return process.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer (except for defective/wrong item cases).

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
